Please note:
- No GST is payable for the ANZA Workshop 2012, to be held in Queenstown, New Zealand
- All invoices for Australian and New Zealand based clients will be issued in AU$
- Returnee rate is available for repeat bookings of the same event before the returnee rate deadline expires
- First and Second persons receive eSchedule PRO accounts to pre-schedule meetings
- Second and Accompanying persons must be from the same organisation as the First person
- Accompanying persons do not receive an eSchedule PRO account to pre-schedule meetings
- Multiple workshop rates apply to clients simultaneously booking 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or more workshops held within a 12 month period
