Q. How much does each Familiarisation (FAM) Tour cost, and how do I apply to join one?
A. Costs will vary for each tour. Only institutions and agents registered to attend The Australia New Zealand Agent (ANZA) Workshop are permitted to participate. Agents should complete a FAM tour application, ranking your first to last tour preferences. You will be considered for participation in these tours, and if successful, will receive confirmation and tour details directly from the FAM tour organiser.
Q. What is the cost of accommodation?
A. For confirmed agents, shared (twin room) accommodation is sponsored by ICEF for 4 nights from April 21 - 24, 2009 (inclusive). If your second representative requires their own single room, a fee will need to be paid by your agency. If you wish to bring family members, additional charges will apply per person.
Q. How do I apply for a Visa?
A. Once your participation has been confirmed by ICEF, we will send you details regarding visa requirements and a visa application form, as well as a letter of invitation from ICEF, to assist with your visa application.
Q. How do I pay to participate in the Workshop?
A. ICEF will charge your credit card directly. If you do not have a credit card, you will be invoiced by ICEF and can pay by bank transfer or cheque. This fee is non-refundable.
