Prior to and following ANZA workshop 2010, peak industry bodies from Australia and New Zealand provided participating agents the opportunity to attend a variety of familiarisation tours. FAM tours are a highly successful vehicle for showcasing both educational institutions and destinations.
Only institutions that participate in The Australia New Zealand Agent Workshop are invited to host agent visits.

Only institutions and agents registered to attend the Australia New Zealand Agent Workshop are permitted to participate. Agents:
- Apply to attend The Australia New Zealand Agent (ANZA) Workshop
- Further details and procedure are sent directly to agents once attendance at the ANZA Workshop has been confirmed
NOTE: The offer of a place on a FAM tour is at the sole discretion of the organising bodies for that FAM tour. Such offers are not determined by the organizers of the ANZA workshop (ICEF and EdMedia).
