Regional peak bodies and member institutions from Australia and New Zealand will host a variety of pre and post-workshop familiarisation tours.
NOTE: Only agents registered to attend The Australia New Zealand Agent Workshop are permitted to participate. See below details on how to apply to register for the Workshop.
FAM tours are a great way to:
- increase your product knowledge, by visiting institution campuses, the regions and their local tourist attractions
- get to know the staff from host institutions better
- network with other agents
- get to know the country and culture better, so you can pass this knowledge on to your counselors and clients

How to book
Only institutions and agents registered to attend The Australia New Zealand Agent Workshop are permitted to participate. Agents should:
- Apply to attend The Australia New Zealand Agent (ANZA) Workshop
- Receive confirmation of attendance at The ANZA Workshop
- Complete a FAM Tour application, advising your first, second and third tour preferences
- You will be considered for a place on your first preference tour
- If unsuccessful, you will be considered for your second preference tour
- If unsuccessful, you will be considered for your third preference tour
- The ANZA team will advise you the outcome of your FAM Tour application
- If successful, you will receive confirmation and tour details directly from the FAM tour organiser
NOTE: The offer of a place on a FAM tour is at the sole discretion of the organising bodies for that FAM tour. Such offers are not determined by the organizers of the ANZA workshop (ICEF and EdMedia).
